Data Privacy Request

Exercise your data rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations

Use this form to submit a data privacy request. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days (as required by GDPR Art. 12). For complex requests, we may extend this by an additional 60 days with notice. All requests are free of charge unless manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Identity verification: To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will contact you at the provided email address if additional verification is needed. We will NOT ask for passwords, payment details, or government IDs via email.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Restriction — restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV)
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent
  • Non-discrimination (CCPA) — exercising your rights will not affect the services we provide

We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total for complex requests), we will notify you within the initial 30-day period. For more details, see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
